VEST is for women across industries, career stages, and locations who are seeking more than traditional networking.​ Our community includes women navigating career transitions, leadership growth, entrepreneurship, caregiving, career re-entry, and evolving definitions of success and stability.​ We believe advancing women’s economic mobility requires an intersectional approach, one that recognizes how race, caregiving responsibilities, socioeconomic background, disability, and other systemic factors shape access to opportunity differently. Our members believe in collective progress, want to challenge inequitable systems, and are committed to building a more inclusive and equitable future for women.  ​ When we say women, we mean it inclusively, including trans women, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people who identify with and are impacted by the systemic challenges facing women.

Most professional communities focus on helping women adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind. VEST believes meaningful progress requires more than individual resilience, it requires expanding access, influencing workplace and policy conversations, and creating stronger pathways to long-term economic mobility. Our membership is intentionally designed to support both individual growth and collective progress.

Membership includes a one-time onboarding fee of $2,500 and an annual renewal fee of $250.​  Monthly payment options are available for the onboarding fee. Many members receive employer sponsorship or expense membership as a professional development investment. Reduced rates are also available for women working in lower-paying sectors, including nonprofits and public service.

VEST helps employers attract, retain, and develop talented women. By providing community, professional development, and resources that address the realities women face at work and at home, VEST supports stronger employee engagement, leadership development, and long-term retention.

No. VEST was designed to be flexible, accessible, and available wherever women live and work. Most of our programming, coaching, and community experiences are offered virtually, allowing members to participate regardless of location. We also host in-person events throughout the year in partnership with organizations in markets where we have a strong member presence. The VEST Her platform gives members access to exclusive programming, events, resources, opportunities, and a community of women committed to supporting one another's personal and professional growth.

Members engage through workshops, coaching, monthly VEST Sessions and VEST Tables, leadership and entrepreneurship programs, special events, advocacy initiatives, and opportunities shared through the VEST platform. We offer multiple ways to participate, allowing members to engage at a level that works for their goals and schedule.
