About the event

Congresswoman Kendra Horn is an attorney serving as the U.S. Representative for Oklahoma's 5th congressional district. Representative Horn defeated two-term incumbent Steve Russell, a race many referred to as the biggest surprise in 2018. Congresswoman Horn is the third woman ever elected to Congress from Oklahoma and the first Democratic woman elected to the House.
