ABOUT US

Building collective economic power for women.

VEST is a social impact platform advancing women’s economic mobility through community, storytelling, advocacy, and collective action.

We bring together women, organizations, and advocates to expand opportunity, advance policies that support women and families, and create more equitable pathways to economic prosperity.

Why VEST Exists

Despite progress, women continue to face systems that limit economic opportunity. From caregiving expectations and workplace inequities to barriers in accessing capital, women are too often expected to adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind.

Most professional communities focus on helping women navigate those systems individually. VEST exists to help change them collectively. We believe advancing women's economic mobility requires more than resilience and self-correction. It requires community, access, institutional change, and collective action.

OUR VISION

We envision a future where women have equitable access to opportunity, economic security, and capital, regardless of background, identity, or career path. A future where workplaces, policies, and institutions are designed to support women's full participation, advancement, and well-being.

Our Values

We believe women’s economic mobility must be approached through an intersectional lens, recognizing that race, caregiving responsibilities, disability, immigration status, socioeconomic background, and other systemic factors shape access to opportunity differently. When we say women, we mean it inclusively, including trans women, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people.
